While we strive for high accuracy, all estimates and measurements are generated using machine learning and remote data sources. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered legally binding or professionally certified.
All content, algorithms, models, and designs provided by Exterior Vision are the intellectual property of NextLayer AI LLC and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
Businesses may access our API or request datasets for commercial purposes under separate agreements. Usage must comply with these Terms and any specific licensing conditions outlined in contracts.
We may collect, aggregate, and sell anonymized property-related data derived from address searches and platform usage. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared without explicit user consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Exterior Vision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Use is at your own risk, and all content is provided "as is" without warranty.
